化學交聯結合質譜技術（chemical cross-linking coupled with mass spectrometry，CXMS）技術在近十年內得到了蓬勃發展。被廣泛應用于蛋白質結構鑒定和蛋白質相互作用分析。目前CXMS技術在實際應用存在一定的局限性：1、復雜樣品處理效率偏低；2、能夠提供的交聯信息有限。該技術發展的最大瓶頸已經體現在有限的化學交聯劑選擇和交聯效率上。百靈威作為專業供應商，提供新型化學交聯劑Leiker和d6-Leiker，具有可富集、可切斷、可定量的作用[1]。
